kann.<\/span><\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Diese besondere Form des Coachings entdeckte ich, als ich vor einigen Jahren das Golfspiel kennenlernte und mich sofort darin verliebte. Schnell erkannte ich die Metapher und Parallelen zwischen meiner Lebenseinstellung und der meiner Flight-Partner. Also wie wir als Menschen und vor allem als Golfspieler mit Zielen, Erwartungen und vor allem Entt\u00e4uschungen umgehen. Denn Golf ist schlie\u00dflich 94% Entt\u00e4uschung.<\/p>\n<p>Das spiegelt sich auch direkt in meinem Verhalten und meinen F\u00e4higkeiten als Mensch in verschiedenen Rollen wider: als Partner, Mitarbeiter oder vielleicht auch als F\u00fchrungskraft. Wirklich jeder Aspekt l\u00e4sst sich direkt mit dem Golfspiel in Verbindung bringen. Ein Manager eines b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmens, der kurz vor einem Burnout stand, war sehr ergebnisorientiert. Das zeigte sich auch beim Golfspielen: Er wurde rot im Gesicht, schlug mit dem Schl\u00e4ger auf den Boden und fluchte viel. In zwei Stunden Coaching sah er buchst\u00e4blich das Licht, seine Schl\u00e4ge wurden ruhiger, viel entspannter. Vor allem aber machte er es sich zur Aufgabe, jede Entt\u00e4uschung unsichtbar zu verarbeiten. Jetzt macht er seine St\u00e4rke (Ergebnisorientierung) zu seiner gr\u00f6\u00dften Ressource. Wir hatten noch einige Gespr\u00e4che, auf und au\u00dferhalb des Golfplatzes, der Burnout ist ausgeblieben und er hat mehr Erfolg in seiner Arbeit und beim Golfspielen, indem er weniger hart arbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiteres Beispiel ist eine Frau, die unter dem \u201cAlpha-M\u00e4nnchen\u201d-Verhalten ihrer Flugbegleiter litt. Sie sammelte die Negativit\u00e4t in sich und gab schlie\u00dflich einen spitzen Kommentar ab. In einer Coaching-Sitzung fanden wir schnell heraus, dass dies ein Muster war, das auf ihren ebenfalls autorit\u00e4ren und strengen Vater zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren war, der zudem ein Alkoholproblem hatte. Dadurch war sein Verhalten unvorhersehbar und sogar gef\u00e4hrlich. In der Sitzung erkannte sie, dass das \u201cAlpha-Verhalten\u201d einiger M\u00e4nner in ihrer Fluggruppe eigentlich ihre eigene Unsicherheit widerspiegelte und daher sehr vorhersehbar war und keine wirkliche Gefahr f\u00fcr sie darstellte. Dadurch wurde sie ruhiger, konnte sich auf ihr eigenes Spiel konzentrieren, lie\u00df es \u2013 immer besser \u2013 an sich abprallen und wurde nicht mehr als \u201eZicke\u201d wahrgenommen. Witzigerweise \u00e4nderte sich nach einigen Monaten auch das Verhalten einiger dieser Alpha-M\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Form des Coachings richtet sich also auch an Menschen, die sich mit dem Golfsport auskennen und in ihrer Karriere oder Familie feststecken. Oder umgekehrt: Menschen, die im Leben erfolgreich sind, sich aber als Golfspieler nicht weiterentwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Ein paar Beispiele, wie das funktioniert. Wann spielst du beispielsweise ein Birdie, wenn du eigentlich 5 Schl\u00e4ge auf einem PAR 4 machen darfst? Viele Leute rufen erst bei 3 Schl\u00e4gen ein Birdie, das ist Unsinn. Bei 4 Schl\u00e4gen erzielst du ein Birdie, schreibst 3 Punkte auf und darfst deinen Erfolg feiern. Das gibt dir \u00f6fter ein Erfolgserlebnis und du kommst schneller in einen Flow. Und was ist, wenn Sie auch Ihren zweiten Ball vom Abschlagpunkt in den Wald schlagen? Was sehe ich dann an Ihrer Haltung, was sagen Sie sich selbst oder Ihren Flugbegleitern? Wie hilfreich ist das f\u00fcr Ihre Energie? Wie oft denken Sie: \u2018Der darf nicht ins Wasser fallen\u2019? Und schlie\u00dflich: Wo befindet sich Ihre bewusste Atmung in Ihrer \u201cPre-Shot-Routine\u201d? Nur ein paar Fragen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Coaching findet zun\u00e4chst in meiner Praxis in Veldhoven statt, wo wir auch unsere Golfschl\u00e4ger verwenden. Je nach Bedarf kann auch auf dem Golfplatz trainiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist sogar m\u00f6glich, das Coaching vollst\u00e4ndig auf den mentalen Aspekt des Golfspiels zu konzentrieren, also ohne andere \u201cCoaching-Fragen\u201d.
