Einzel-\/Tischaufstellungen.<\/span><\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Dies gibt uns die M\u00f6glichkeit, systemisch zu arbeiten, ohne dass wir (lebende) Vertreter ben\u00f6tigen. Durch das sehr achtsame und bewusste Aufstellen von Holzpuppen, St\u00fchlen oder anderen Requisiten wird es m\u00f6glich, ein Problem\/Thema aus dem Kopf heraus in den Raum zu stellen. So kann man das Ganze aus der Distanz betrachten und l\u00e4uft weniger Gefahr, sich mit dem Problem zu identifizieren. Anschlie\u00dfend reflektieren wir gemeinsam dar\u00fcber, was wir sehen und was Sie dabei erleben. Wir nennen das eine Haltung aus der \u2018leeren Mitte\u2019 heraus. Diese basiert auf dem Bewusstsein eines gr\u00f6\u00dferen Ganzen, in dem eine Ordnung herrscht, die allen gerecht wird und in der die gute Energie wieder f\u00fcr jedes Element in dem betreffenden System flie\u00dfen kann.<\/p>\n<p>So k\u00f6nnen Sie mit mehr Abstand (aus der Vogelperspektive) \u00fcber die Dynamik des Gesamtbildes nachdenken. Manchmal ergeben sich aus dieser Reflexion und\/oder dem Dialog mit uns als Coach w\u00fcnschenswerte Verschiebungen eines oder mehrerer Elemente. Diese k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise zu mehr Freiraum, neuen Perspektiven und mehr Vertrauen f\u00fchren. Durch die Verschiebung nur eines Elements entsteht ein Gesamtbild, das manchmal eine ganz neue Bedeutung erh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid wpex-relative\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><style>.vcex-heading.vcex_6a76e40f0074e{color:#543287;}<\/style><h2 class=\"vcex-heading vcex-heading-plain vcex-module wpex-heading wpex-text-2xl wpex-mt-30 wpex-mb-20 wpex-text-left vcex_6a76e40f0074e\"><span class=\"vcex-heading-inner wpex-inline-block\">Ein Fall aus der Praxis<\/span><\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr einen Fall ist der von Anita (nicht ihr richtiger Name), die geschieden ist und drei Kinder im Alter von 15 bis 19 Jahren hat.  Sie ist genervt von ihrem Ex, der seine Vereinbarungen nicht einh\u00e4lt, und m\u00f6chte au\u00dferdem die Kinder vor dem Schmerz der Scheidung bewahren. Bei der Aufstellung der Teilnehmer im Feld wird schnell deutlich, dass Anita sich selbst zwischen ihren Ex-Mann und die Kinder stellt. So kann sie gut im Auge behalten, ob es den Kindern gut geht, und zwischen dem Vater und den Kindern vermitteln. In dieser Position sp\u00fcrt sie buchst\u00e4blich den Druck von beiden Seiten, was f\u00fcr sie sehr belastend ist. Au\u00dferdem h\u00f6rt sie von den anderen, dass sie es nicht gut geregelt hat ... obwohl sie sich so sehr bem\u00fcht hat.<\/p>\n<p>Ich lade Anita ein, einmal um den Tisch herumzugehen und die Aufstellung von verschiedenen Seiten zu betrachten, sozusagen aus der Distanz auf die Situation zu schauen, was neue Erkenntnisse bringt. Es f\u00e4llt auf, dass die Kinder keinen Kontakt zu ihrem Vater haben, weil Anita immer zwischen ihnen steht. Ich bitte sie, einmal auszuprobieren, wie es sich anf\u00fchlt, wenn sie ihre \u201cFigur\u201d an einen anderen Platz stellt und sich selbst herausnimmt. Das ist etwas ungewohnt, weil sie sich immer an diesen Platz gestellt hat. Schlie\u00dflich platziert sie ihre Puppe hinter ihren Kindern, sodass sie auf diese ausgerichtet ist und sie auch ihren Ex-Mann sehen kann. Das gibt ihr ein Gef\u00fchl von Freiraum f\u00fcr sich selbst, aber auch f\u00fcr ihre Kinder.
