Course: From thinking to feeling
During these evenings, you will follow your feelings by connecting with the seven energy points (chakras) in our body. We will do this with our senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch and even taste. We will also work extensively with our breathing. This involves using the energy that can come from the crystals, scents and colours present, as well as through meditation. In addition to sharing our experiences, we will also engage in creative activities. Much of this will take place in silence so that you can get closer to yourself.
Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to encounter their true self, the person they have always been but have lost sight of over the course of their life.
The fee mentioned is for all 9 evenings. You can also pay per session, but the course forms a whole.
