Affiliated with the ZORG complaints portal

To ensure that you have somewhere to turn if you have any complaints, we have been affiliated with the Zorg complaints portal since 1 January. They will handle any complaint (if you are unable to resolve it with us) and we will comply with the outcome of that process.
