Everything you give your attention to grows, so dare to choose!

I was born and raised in the Woensel neighbourhood of Eindhoven in a small, traditional Calvinist family with a father who worked as a civil servant at the Technical University and a mother who took care of the family. Together, they were very active in the church. I also have a brother who is six years younger than me.

In my youth, I read many spiritual books and was curious about the reason for my existence here on earth. During that period, I also met Wilma, with whom I have shared joys and sorrows since 1980 and with whom I later built our family with two daughters, Laura and Jess. I am now even the grandfather of two beautiful granddaughters.

After secondary retail school, I pursued a career in business services, where I am still active today.

Spiritual development
I owe this to my first great teacher, Piet van Ingen of the GRS (Group of Religious Spiritualists) in Amsterdam. Thanks to him and the GRS, my outlook on life is still based on a great universal force of love, which everyone gives a different name to.

My other guide on the spiritual path is Do Lemette, with whom I regularly lead séance circles. So there is no particular box or belief system that I fit into. I do believe, however, that we are all part of a greater whole that we will never fully understand as long as we are here on earth.

Personal crisis
This happened in 2002 when I suffered burnout, followed by dismissal. This suddenly created space. In this period of enormous emptiness, it was precisely that same space that offered opportunities for a new direction. Through the organisation ‘Nieuwe Dimensies’ (New Dimensions) and the coaching of Paul Heuijerjans, I found a new path.

The new road
For me, this involved training at the School for Coaching in Leiden, followed by NLP training at Vidarte in Den Bosch. I also trained as a spiritual therapist at De Smederij in Soerendonk. I then trained as a registered hypnotherapist at the Hypnosis Centre Netherlands. In the meantime, I have completed training at Vidarte to become an international NLP trainer and family and organisational constellation facilitator, as well as a course in systemic coaching. In 2022, I completed training in basic psychosocial knowledge, which means that most insurers will also reimburse part of the treatment costs.

I enjoy lifelong growth and development. This theoretical and experiential knowledge, combined with who I am, is my toolkit; my passion is to get people moving, to give them back control when necessary, and then to create progress together.

Every person has a destiny, and “chance” helps them to achieve it.

I was born in Harderwijk, but moved to Eindhoven at a young age, where I grew up. My three brothers were also born there. Our home was always bustling with people coming and going, and there was always extra room at the table when needed. My father worked as a technical engineer for a long time and, until his retirement, worked as a train driver for the Dutch Railways. Due to his irregular shifts, he was often at home to help out with the family. My mother used to work in healthcare. Once the children were able to look after themselves, she went back to work part-time in home care. For as long as I can remember, both my parents played an active role in the church, where we went every Sunday with the whole family.

It is therefore my belief that encounters in life are rarely coincidental. Meeting Ben at church was no coincidence either. We have been together since 1980, each following our own path. Our two wonderful daughters walk alongside us, but are also increasingly going their own way. The youngest is now a mother herself, making me a proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters.

Healthcare provider
I have spent my entire working life in healthcare as a nurse. I started out in psychiatry and later worked in other disciplines. After a period of being a stay-at-home mum (which I found to be a wonderful time), I returned to healthcare. In 2003, we learned that my mother-in-law and my friend had cancer. That was a very intense but also beautiful period. I was able to experience how comprehensive palliative terminal care can be. It awakened in me an intense desire to work in this branch of healthcare as well. Again, it was no coincidence that I took a chance, applied for a job and was immediately hired at a high-care hospice in Eindhoven, where I had a wonderful time.

Spiritual world
My interest in the spiritual world began during adolescence. It often happened that I knew things in advance or had impressions/experiences with people, which often turned out to be correct. My concrete introduction to this subject came through an encounter my parents had with Do Lemette on holiday; through that encounter, I ended up at GRS (Group of Religious Spiritualists) in Amsterdam, where I was able to take my first steps in my development as a medium.

My interest in NLP was sparked when Ben took his training courses at Vidarte in Den Bosch. He underwent such wonderful personal development; I wanted that too! No sooner said than done, and in 2013 I completed my master's degree and training as an internationally recognised NLP trainer there. In 2023, I graduated as a certified Energy Therapist from the Terreel Academy for Holistic Medicine. This allowed me to join the LVNT professional association. As a result, Energy Therapy treatment is now covered by supplementary insurance.

I no longer work as a nurse but full-time in our own practice. As an NLP practitioner with a systemic perspective and my mediumship, I take a holistic view of the people I meet. I want everyone to have the opportunity to discover themselves, and I am happy to accompany them on this journey. Not to determine their course, but to help them find and stay on their course.

Let the wealth of the past be a source for the future

Developing harmony within myself and others is what drives me. For this reason, I immersed myself in psychology, psychiatry and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Advaita, Kabbalah and Buddhism. Eventually, I saw the common thread in all these movements and my talent for transferring knowledge took on a new meaning.

I don't believe in either/or, but in both/and. Everything has its place. Every part of yourself. Every emotion. Every thought. It's not about unlearning, but about learning. The art of living is playing with balance and results in harmony. As a coach and trainer, I'm not the one who's going to tell you what to do. Because that would imply that I have the answers and you don't. I believe that every person has everything within them. Sometimes we get stuck because our perspective is narrowed. What I offer is an environment in which you can find answers by broadening your perspective and getting in touch with yourself. You learn to use your own resources. You learn to rediscover your own truth. As a trainer, I teach techniques to develop those resources, and as a coach, I guide you in integrating them into your daily consciousness.

Although talking has an important place, putting new insights into practice makes all the difference to your experience. After all, the value of new insights becomes clear when you succeed in applying them. That gives you satisfaction and makes you a freer person. That is why we use exercises in a playful way. With humour and compassion. Because a joyful mind learns faster.

“Find your inner home—wherever the world takes you”

About Me

My name is Gina Troncone and I work as a counsellor using a humanistic, relational, and integrative approach. I support people who are facing changes, transitions, or personal challenges — but I also

work with those who are simply curious, who feel the desire to explore themselves more deeply, even if they are not in a crisis. After years of living abroad, I know firsthand what it means to move to a new country: adapting to new habits, rhythms, languages, and relationships. That’s why I mainly support expats – both Italian and international – who are navigating the complexity of cultural and personal transformation.

 My Approach

My approach is practical, creative, and deeply personal. In our (online) sessions, we work with visual input to truly see where you are in life right now. From there, we begin to shape a new image together: one where every part of your life finds its proper place, creating a more balanced and authentic version of your everyday experience. A core part of my work is focused on values. When we live abroad, the values of our home country — those that shaped us, inspired us, or perhaps restricted us — tend to emerge strongly. They often guide our decisions unconsciously, but they may not reflect who we truly are today. We’ll explore what truly matters to you — not what you think should be important, but what really is. This process helps you reconnect with your inner compass and make decisions that reflect who you are, not who you’re expected to be.

I work with adults and young adults who want to:

  • Regain balance after a big change or move
  • Manage stress, anxiety, or emotional confusion
  • Reconnect with their inner roots, even far from home
  • Rediscover motivation, meaning, and direction
  • Live more intentionally, with clarity and alignment

Judith de Groot

Child/Youth/Family Coach

Partner of Holistic Centre Brabant

Growing together isn't always easy, but it does bring you closer together – right where it all begins.

My name is Judith. I was born in Drunen into a family of five, where I am the eldest and have two younger brothers. My parents divorced when I was twelve. At sixteen, I decided to go on a room training programme, as it was called at the time. This is where I learned to stand on my own two feet.

I spent my student days in Antwerp and then completed my studies at the art academy in Den Bosch. I subsequently graduated as a teacher from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. For the past seventeen years, I have greatly enjoyed teaching art and visual arts in secondary education.

My two beautiful children were born in 2014 and later in 2016. It was a conscious decision to do this as a single mother. Because my eldest daughter is very introverted and hard on herself, I got stuck in her upbringing. This brought me into contact with a children's coach. I found her help very pleasant and accessible. She was the inspiration for me to start offering individual coaching in addition to teaching. My own burnout reinforced that feeling and I trained as a children's coach through Sonneveld training courses.

However, in many ways, a child is a “product” of their parent(s) or important carers/adults. That is why I like to look at the whole picture, ‘the context’. Think of other family members, the sports club and school. Within the context, there is the ‘system’. Everyone has a role to play in this. Everyone who has ever crossed your path belongs to your ‘system’. It has shaped you into who you are today.

Because I was captivated by these deeper layers, I decided to follow Jolijn Hendriks' energetic training course to become a family coach. From the heart and with feeling. On an energetic level, I guide children, young people and families through the challenges of today's world. I am not a woolly type, but I will challenge you to push your boundaries. So step out of your comfort zone, because that is exactly where the patterns that perpetuate the current problem lie.

In my ‘magic coaching cupboard’, I have a collection of craft supplies, materials and booklets that can help to literally visualise those patterns and then break them. I work with various setups on the floor or with figurines on the table. We can go for walks in nature and make use of whatever presents itself. We also look inward. Who is at the helm for you? Is that helpful or hindering? Think, for example, of the perfectionist, the pleaser, the critic, the playful child... How do ‘they’ influence your feelings and behaviour? And what would you wish for yourself in that regard?

All these examples come directly from my own life and have helped and shaped me towards a pure and lighter life, where new challenges constantly come my way that I can now face more easily.

Kind regards, Judith

“The wound is where the Light enters.” — Rumi

In my “past life,” I navigated a world of precision, accolades, and high expectations; serving as a Department Quality Manager at ASML, being honoured as Most Valuable Employee at DAF Trucks, graduating cum laude from TU Eindhoven, achieving a 9 pointer at the prestigious IIT in India, and completing my engineering degree with distinctions ranging from University Rank Holder to extracurricular champion. I mastered systems, processes, and measurable success, yet something deeper within me quietly whispered for more.

Twelve years ago, I left the familiar behind and moved from India to the Netherlands as a trailing spouse, an endeavour that asked me to begin again from zero. In that space of unfamiliarity, I became a mother to a neurodivergent child, rebuilt my sense of self, and transformed a marriage that once stood on the edge of breaking into a union of healing, reverence, and shared growth. It was here, amidst the stillness between identities, that I began to hear the deeper calling — not of the mind, but of the soul.

That call led me back home to my true work: healing, remembering, and guiding others to their own light. Today, I am a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Coach (ICF/EMCC method), a student of Clinical Psychology and a Spinal Flow Practitioner where I enjoy blending modern science with the timeless wisdom of the body, spirit, and mind. I specialise in Past Life Regression, somatic healing, shadow work, Kundalini Yoga, and the sacred philosophies of my Indian roots.

As someone who is neurodivergent (diagnosed with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and exceptional giftedness), I hold space for both children and adults navigating their unique, multidimensional journeys, from burnout and overwhelm to awakening, embodiment, and self-mastery. My approach is fluid: whether you are drawn to the language of energy and spirit, or prefer the clarity of psychology and logic, I meet you where you are, guided by the wisdom of the mind, heart, and gut.

Healing, to me, is not a destination; it is a remembering. A return to the wholeness that was never truly lost. A gentle homecoming to the light you have always carried.  If my journey resonates with you, I would be honoured to walk by your side, to help you remember the powerful being you truly are, reclaim your light, and release what no longer serves you.

With love, Sneha
