Meditation evening

Before, during, and after the meditation training, there will be little talking, but the meditation will always be structured in a different way. Sometimes it will be guided meditation, sometimes breathing exercises, sometimes in silence, and sometimes in combination with singing bowls or music. It is purely an hour for yourself, during which you can relax or reflect thanks to the energy of the other participants. It is your time; we merely support your process.
Please note that advance registration is required to avoid disappointment.
