Gentle and insightful family constellation <\/h3> Upon arrival, I immediately felt at ease with Wilma. We started with an intake interview, during which Wilma quickly saw what we could work on in a family constellation. Your calming energy allowed me to relax and let what needed to happen happen. It was remarkable what we were able to reveal in a constellation.\n\nDuring the constellation, I was able to feel how stuck I was in a certain theme. After giving back the burdens that were not mine, there was more movement. I can better feel what my needs are and feel myself again.\u00a0 I feel energetic and cheerful. Honest and very professional <\/h3> On the advice of a fellow psychologist, I contacted the Holistic Centre Brabant. I got in touch with Tim because I was looking for EMDR therapy. Tim invited me for an intake and, based on that, proposed a treatment plan. That plan did indeed include EMDR treatment.\n\nDuring the conversation, Tim also recommended two books that could give me insights into my unresolved trauma. One of the books led to new insights that I can use to move forward in the future. A few weeks later, I underwent the treatment, which really helped me to put the trauma into perspective. I also found Tim's aftercare to be very pleasant and professional. \n <\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

An intense experience with good results<\/h3> I was treated by Tim. The hypnosis was a very intense experience. I got what I went for: support in achieving my goal. It's been two weeks now, and I can only say that it has helped me tremendously. I was sent a recording of the session, which I can listen to if necessary. But so far, I haven't needed it. I feel strong and empowered, and I am determined. Tim is a nice guy and the conversation beforehand felt familiar and good. The whole session lasted over an hour, with the actual treatment taking about 20 minutes. I would do it again if I needed to. \n <\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Very positive experience quitting smoking after session with Tim<\/h3> Over a year ago, I attended a smoking cessation session with Tim. At first, I was rather sceptical about the whole thing, as I had been a heavy smoker for 40 years, but I thought to myself, it can't hurt to try. Now I have to say that, as far as I'm concerned, the withdrawal symptoms when I finally quit smoking after the session were very minimal. After more than a year of not smoking, I scheduled a follow-up session last week, because my original goal was to become a non-smoker and prove it to myself for a year. \n <\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Surprising, practical, pleasant, warm experience. <\/h3> The first few days after the sessions were quite intense. I had severe headaches and fatigue for three days. I also had the idea of not \"switching on\" and forgetting everything. After that, my energy levels really improved. I also stood up for myself in a way I never dared to before, and now, without thinking, I was very clear and got what I was entitled to. However, I did have a lot more hot flushes and my reactions were a bit intense. It was a little uncomfortable. I bought the book (You Don't Have It, You Do It) and read the practical tips. I feel stronger and more energetic, but due to busyness and the issues of the day, it is sometimes difficult not to fall back into old habits. My fire is burning brightly. I am sometimes out of sorts, but I recover quickly and am also able to restore contact without dismissing or belittling myself. I feel more motivated and enjoy things more, instead of everything being too much. Ben's intervention was excellent; we quickly got to the heart of the matter. I could finally travel with confidence again<\/h3> I came to Ben to address emetophobia, which I developed after a traumatic experience on holiday. We decided to go for EMDR and spent the first two sessions working on the phobia. Great, my fear of heights is gone<\/h3> My husband and son (14 years old) visited the practice. We were warmly welcomed and given a clear explanation of what to expect. They would both be hypnotised separately and, after just one session, this treatment would cure them of their fear of heights. Naturally, we were a little sceptical about whether this would really work. After the treatment, we immediately drove to a high climbing tower. And... it worked for both of them. A disillusionment<\/h3> On Sunday, I underwent hypnotherapy to help me quit smoking. I found it to be a calm experience and it seemed to work. I was also told that it would work in one session, to repeat, you can quit with ease. Unfortunately, things went wrong on Tuesday and my craving for a cigarette was intense. I quit smoking through hypnosis.<\/h3> On 20 March, I had an appointment with Ben. He helped me quit smoking with hypnosis. I can tell you that I have still not smoked since that day.\n\nIt was a lot easier than doing it on my own. I had far fewer cravings for cigarettes. The hypnosis reduced my desire for cigarettes, but I still had the habit of going outside for a cigarette after dinner, for example. To solve this, I still went outside, but with a cup of coffee. A great solution.\n\nNow, about 5 to 6 weeks later, there are even days when I hardly think about it at all. It has become normal for me not to smoke anymore, which is so special and so nice.\n\nI no longer smell of smoke, I have more time (yes, that sounds strange, but I don't have to take 5 minutes every now and then to smoke), I even have money left over, which I used to buy some really nice outdoor lounge chairs. Magical<\/h3> I got the tip from my brother. He wanted to quit smoking and said he had a telephone number for someone in Veghel who could help you with anything. The real way to quit smoking <\/h3> The successes that a number of my friends had achieved with Ben made me very curious about the method of quitting smoking using hypnosis. After reading up on the website, I made an appointment for 20 January 2020, exactly five months ago.\n\nThe warm welcome and pleasant (intake) conversation prior to the actual hypnosis session quickly put me at ease. I wasn't sure what to expect from the hypnosis. I had expected to be \"deeper\" away, but you are actually still conscious of everything, just extremely relaxed.\n\nAfterwards, that was also the reason I thought it might not have worked. But I haven't smoked since that 20th of January, I haven't lit up 3041 cigarettes. And that after 31 years of being a smoker.\n\nThe first two days, I did think to myself: \"OK, now would be the time I would normally light up a cigarette.\" But that was all; I simply didn't feel the need to light one up. The best way to quit!<\/h3> I was advised to quit smoking through hypnosis. Hmm...\nHypnosis isn't really my thing (or so I thought). But I really wanted to quit smoking. At the beginning of the session, we had a casual chat, and then I lay down in the chair. I didn't feel like I was really gone at all. The result was great. It was really easy not to smoke, until that one evening in the pub.\nOh well, quitting was so easy, I can do it again tomorrow... A non-smoker for six months now!<\/h3> On 13 November 2019, a week before I turned 40, I had an appointment with Ben to quit smoking under hypnosis. He 'played' his role intensely: touching, intimidating, prolonged eye contact. Again, no coordination\/consent with\/from participants. \"Woo-woo\"; past lives and conversations with ancestors are discussed at length. They do not discuss the constellation afterwards.\n\nThey themselves offer a variety of therapies, treatments and services. I wonder about quality control, as they are not members of a professional association.\n\nFeedback on these points resulted in a clearer description on the website: use of resources (ancestors, medium, etc.) and an emphasis on the participant's own responsibility to set boundaries. Warm, personal and professional<\/h3> My experience with the Holistic Centre Brabant was very pleasant. It started with a hypnosis session. I immediately felt at ease with Ben and went home with new insights. Then, during an emergency, I was able to quickly switch gears because Ben was available and had scheduled an appointment for Wilma. I was able to see her for an energetic treatment (directly from the head to the body). She helped me both times in a very warm, personal, but certainly professional manner. Finally!! <\/h3> I had made many attempts to quit smoking, but unfortunately, after a few days of crying a lot and feeling extremely grumpy (even depressed), I always ended up starting again. No more smoking! <\/h3> I have now stopped smoking for 12 weeks and I am so happy about it! I know it has been 12 weeks because I have an app that reminds me, not because I am keeping track of it myself. I often forget. After the first time, I still had some difficult moments on a regular basis. Ben emailed me to ask how I was doing, and I told him that I wasn't smoking but was having a hard time. Ben said that this wasn't necessary and that I was still doing it through willpower (as with all the other attempts). He advised me to schedule another session. Since the second session, I have had few or no difficult moments. If they do occur, they are gone after a minute. I don't smoke and I never will again. Ben was absolutely right, and I must say I was quite sceptical. I was very afraid of failing again and having to fight a battle I really didn't want to fight. Smoke-free for 1 month already! <\/h3> For 20 years, I smoked an average of 12 cigarettes a day and always had a love-hate relationship with this expensive addiction. I made many attempts to quit over the years, one of which was successful for more than a year. This was thanks to participating in Stoptober. Unfortunately, I started smoking again occasionally, then more and more often, and then full-time. I made many attempts to quit, but I always fell back into my old patterns after a short time.\n\nSomeone told me this summer that she had had hypnosis with Ben and that she hadn't smoked since. I immediately thought, 'If it helped her, it should work for me too, because she smokes even more than I do. I thought it was quite a high price for a relatively short session, but that didn't stop me from going. My curiosity and willpower won out. In the car on the way there, I smoked my last cigarette with some panic about it being my last, etc., and suddenly I got cold feet.\n\nHowever, upon arrival, I was immediately reassured and felt at ease in the beautiful surroundings. It was a special session and also very unique to experience hypnosis; a lot happens on a different level of consciousness. I am grateful to Ben for this wonderful session, which was already a month ago. Since then, I haven't smoked. I do think about it sometimes, because it was just an everyday, deeply ingrained habit in my life. I just don't give in to the urge to do it and it no longer dominates me. The smell of smoke around you and in your hair is unpleasant, and it discolours your teeth. It is bad for you and you are filling a void that you could better fill with healthy things. Amazing<\/h3> Well, here I am, after 40 years of smoking, lighting up another cigarette outside the door. My last one? I'm actually a bit sceptical after so many attempts to quit. Ben welcomes me and we start with a kind of introductory\/intake interview. I explain to him about my many attempts to quit and how I feel about things. Ben asks if he can take the hard line and I reply with a resounding yes.\nThe treatment in the room is intense but certainly not unpleasant. We say goodbye and I get into my car, still a little dazed by it all. I have three cigarettes left in a packet and stop at the first petrol station to throw them away.\nI am surprised that I don't feel like having a cigarette yet! This continues for the next few days and I am constantly amazed at how I can do without withdrawal symptoms. The habit still sometimes rears its head, but I don't smoke anymore. Special<\/h3> After weighing up the pros and cons of smoking for a while, I decided sometime in June this year to quit smoking after 44 years. A previous attempt failed because I still missed smoking and, above all, felt that something had been taken away from me. On 5 July, I had an appointment with Ben to undergo hypnosis.\nI felt very welcome. Ben took the time to listen to my pros and cons. He didn't just listen, he really heard me. Then it was time for the hypnosis itself... which I found to be a very special experience. I was there, but also not there. I heard everything, but I was far away... In one sentence?!? Well, heartwarming and effective then\ud83d\udc4c<\/h3> I came to quit smoking, which I have managed to do so far (almost 14 days). In the run-up to this date, I already had anxiety and panic attacks. There is never a good time to quit... this time was very tough, with increased anxiety and panic, and I was about to go into the weekend. I contacted Ben again and was able to come in on the following Sunday. This turned out to be an EMDR session, which brought up a lot of sadness, which was the root cause of the anxiety. It did a lot of good, but fairy tales don't exist. So I'm healing\/recovering from this issue and it's going well. It really works!<\/h3> I was welcomed by Ben in a very beautiful, peaceful environment. Ben immediately puts you at ease and starts by chatting with you. He asks what you are there for and then goes into more detail. I really wanted to lose weight, so I wanted the virtual gastric band. After the preliminary chat, Ben indicated that I didn't need the band at all. He said that the regular session would be enough for me. After making some notes, he started the hypnosis. It's a very strange sensation! You hear everything! I won't say too much about the hypnosis itself, because I assume it will be different for everyone. But after the hypnosis, I immediately had the feeling that the \"switch\" had really been flipped. I had to go to a party straight after, and believe it or not, I was able to leave all the tasty treats that I always struggled with, and I didn't mind that others around me were eating everything. Door een vriendin werd ik attent gemaakt op de mogelijkheid tot hypnose en die kans heb ik gegrepen. Enthousiast, maar ook met een stukje terughoudendheid, omdat ik niet wist wat ik kon verwachten. \r\n\r\nDe manier waarop snel gereageerd werd op mijn aanvraag was al meteen prettig. En 6752 sigaretten geleden dat ik onder hypnose ben gegaan om te stoppen met roken, uiteraard heb ik gewacht om een reactie te schrijven of het me ook daadwerkelijk gelukt is te stoppen met roken.\r\nIk kan vertellen dat ik na hypnose twijfelde of het wel gelukt was.. Ik ben immers erg sceptisch, na een paar minuten kon ik zeggen en dat ik er ook achter stond \u00cfk ben gestopt met roken, en ik rook nooit meer"Tot op de dag van vandaag heb ik er gelukkig nog geen een dag moeite gehad met afkicken of lichamelijk kl;achten, niet chagarijnig, en ook geen vreetbuien, geen moeite om tussen de rokers te zitten al vanaf dag 1 niet.\r\nIk ga en blijf als een niet roker doorgaan. wat ben ik blij dat ik met uit etentjes of een bios of in dagelijks leven niet meer hoef te denken nog snel ff een peuk... Ja soms denk je eraan nog ff snel.... Maar dan schiet ik in de lag en zeg "maar ik doe het niet". dan klun je zien hoe dat automatisme erin blijft zitten als je gejaagd bent. als ik denk zou ik ooit gaan roken als er een erge gebeurtenis in mijn leven zou gebeuren, dan denk ik echt volmondig NEE, gewoon omdat ik het echt oprecht onzin vind dat te denken. apart he??? maar ben er super blij mee dat ik het gedaan heb.\r\nNou mensen die willen stoppen met roken, als het mij lukt van 45 a 50 sigaretten ineens lukt terwijl ik in die week me wel voor mn kop kon slaan dat ik gezegd had dat ik zou stoppen!!!! Dan durf ik te zeggen dat het echt iedereen kan lukken. een tip in de week voor dat je het gaat doen opf ondergaan, sta bij iedere sigaret eens stil of hij lekker smaakt, en welke dat lekker smaakt. Het ruikt in ieder geval niet lekker. \r\nIk heb veel meer energie en heb geen opgeblazen gevoel meer, na het eten. Ik voel me gewoon lekker in mijn vel en ben trots op mezelf. I've quit before and found it difficult during the first few weeks. Now, I have no trouble at all. The hypnosis was relaxing and sometimes emotional. Very special. Ben is a professional and came across as very confident, which gave me (self) confidence.
