class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>By this we mean going back in time by using all the information stored in our brains, especially in our subconscious. Because consciousness is reduced during hypnosis, the critical thinking brain is in the background, leaving more room for your subconscious thoughts. In light hypnosis, all kinds of images and feelings from the past can be uncovered.<\/p>\n<p>For regression, we want to achieve a deeper trance, for which we use various \u201cinduction\u201d techniques. In deep hypnosis, memories can go back to childhood and sometimes even to the womb, and for those who believe in reincarnation, you can indeed go further back to previous lives.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes we also get questions about \u201crecreational regression\u201d, in other words, simply seeing who or what you were in previous lives for fun. That is also possible.
