How does coaching work?
Coaching comes in many forms. It is based on widely varying visions and different techniques or models. We believe that in every form of coaching, the chemistry between coach and client determines the outcome. And there is only one way to find out if that chemistry exists, and that is to make a completely non-binding appointment!
How non-committal is that?
During this appointment, we will get straight to work because that is the best way to see if we click. It also allows us to see if we, as coaches, are able to get you moving. If you like what you see, we will schedule a follow-up appointment and you will pay for the first session. If you are not satisfied, you will not pay anything for the session. So it really is “no cure, no pay”.

Some examples from our practice
Over the past 15 years, we have treated more than 5,000 people with a wide variety of issues, and the times when we were unable to help can be counted on one hand. And even then, we have a large network to which we are happy to refer people to a specialist.
- Erik is stuck in his relationship after adultery; he finds a new balance again.
- Chantal drinks a lot and changes her lifestyle, regaining a healthy appearance.
- Musaf is an expat who just can't settle down in the Netherlands, but a change in perspective and beliefs makes him start to feel at home.
- Frank smokes and smokes weed and finds life boring... he quits his addictions, changes jobs and gives his life meaning in a different way.
- Freek struggles with his sexual orientation, but by working on his self-confidence, a year later he is at the front of the gay pride parade.
- Agnes is being bullied at work. She learns to give feedback and set boundaries.
- Moerat knows how to turn his “wine” problem into a new hobby.

Frequently asked questions
- Is it covered by insurance? Fewer and fewer insurers are covering our services. Ben, Wilma, and Marlène are members of professional associations and are therefore sometimes still covered.
- How long does a programme take on average? Often just one or a few sessions; programmes lasting more than five sessions are rare but do occur. More importantly, you will make progress after each session.
