Can you really become a non-smoker after just one session?
Actually, it is not under hypnosis but going into hypnosis... but that is just for the sake of completeness. Of all the treatments that are possible with hypnosis, becoming a non-smoker is the easiest. This is because a connection that was once made in your brain between smoking and relaxation or smoking and, for example, socialising is actually broken.
